Kosmeester Kortes Extra Virgin Olive Oil is sourced from the beautiful Western Cape Region of South Africa. This olive oil has nuances of fresh apple and lettuce. It is best enjoyed raw over salads and with fresh bread (like the Italians do), although it has a high smoking point making it ideal for frying and cooking too.
