Although we guarantee superior products, we cannot accept any refunds with regards to orders received. Once the order has been paid for, we cannot change your order. Please make absolutely sure that you know what you are ordering. If you are not sure, rather contact us to talk to us in person before placing the order. Our details are on our ‘About Us’ Page.

Payments must be made in full, before an order is confirmed and packed.

KOSMEESTER KORTES does not have any credit terms or payment terms.

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot accept refunds.

We try our very best when packaging our products for dispatch and use reliable, well-known and respected courier services, who are careful handling fragile goods. Should a package however be broken, and the contents damaged to the point where it is not useable due to mishandling, we will gladly offer you a solution and/or send you a replacement.

We accept direct transfers, electronic- and credit card payments through payfast, YOCO, SNAPSCAN and ZAPPER, all of which are secure South African Payment Sites. Our banking details for EFT and Direct Transfer is: KOSMEESTER KORTES, FNB, Account Number: 63049033838.

Should you wish to collect your order from our offices in Melkbosstrand, shipping will be waivered. The onus is on you, the customer, to collect your order once you have been notified via the email provided.

Shipments & Returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of your payment and are shipped using POSTNET or the Courier Guy (PUDO). We do no ship any of our products via regular mail and without a tracking number.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders for shipping. Shipping fees will apply to each of them, unless agreed otherwise. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

It is your responsibility to ensure the correct shipping details are provided and selected. kosmeester.co.za cannot be held liable for lost packages or the incorrect shipping method selected.

kosmeester.co.za only facilitates the service, so any queries relating to shipping and postage needs to be taken up with the relevant shipping party and not kosmeester.co.za.
